I've built my career in Culture and People Development across Berlin, Vilnius, and remote settings. Currently, I work as a People and Culture Lead for a remote-first start-up and help other companies improve their Feedback Culture and Communication skills.

My fascination with neuroscience and its impact on behaviour led me to attain a Brain-Based Coaching certification from the Neuroleadership Institute. The knowledge I gained helped me become a better coach and facilitator and create learning experiences with neuroscience in mind. I have extensive experience designing and facilitating on-site and online workshops for groups of various sizes on diverse topics, from Feedback, Time, and Focus Management to Navigating Change, Setting Goals, Building Healthy Teams, and much more.

Rather than giving lectures, I focus on creating interactive experiences where participants engage in reflection and practical exercises to address their challenges in new ways
